The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, providing easy access to VisionCity, the largest mall. the spacious rooms and clean design create a relaxed atmosphere. the friendly staff members offer relatively efficient service. the breakfast selection, although slightly limited, includes personalized cappuccinos with your name written on them.
Some inexperienced staff members can lead to delays in check-in and other services.

Stayed at a hotel over Christmas and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to both the airport and shopping malls, making it convenient for us to explore the city and do some holiday shopping. Can't wait to go back!
The weak wifi and limited TV channels. It would have been great to have a stronger internet connection to stay connected with family and friends during the holidays.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel here and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and they really went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I could possibly need including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The free toiletries provided were of high quality and the electric kettle in the room was a convenient touch. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock added to the modern feel of the room.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to all. The friendly and efficient staff, the luxurious room amenities, and the excellent dining and leisure facilities make this a top-notch place to stay.

Free shuttle both to and from the airport was a great service. the comfortable and spacious rooms with good lighting were a plus. the breakfast provided was good and offered a substantial menu to choose from.
The unreliable Wi-Fi in the rooms was a big letdown. the cleaners need to be more attentive as there were missing towels upon arrival.
